At EquipKids, supervision is personally facilitated by Sabina Stancescu, Principal Occupational Therapist and Clinical Director. With over a decade of paediatric experience, Sabina provides a supportive space to reflect, ask questions, and build both clinical and emotional resilience. Each session is grounded in real world practice, shaped by the realities of working with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

What’s included in each supervision session?
Each 60-minute session includes time for case discussion, reflective practice, skill development, and personalised feedback. Optional between session support (e.g. brief email clarifications) can also be arranged when appropriate.
How often are supervision sessions held?
Supervision frequency is flexible and matched to your needs and experience.
New graduates typically benefit from weekly or fortnightly sessions to consolidate learning and build confidence.
Experienced clinicians often prefer monthly or as-needed sessions focused on complex case reflection or leadership development.
We will discuss your preferred structure during your initial consult to ensure it fits your workload and goals.
What is the session rate and payment process?
Individual supervision sessions are billed at $220 per hour (incl. GST).
Payment is required at the end of each session via invoice or direct transfer.
If you’d like to pre-book multiple sessions, we can provide a block booking schedule for convenience.
Can I access supervision online or outside Victoria?
Absolutely. All supervision sessions are available online across Australia through secure video conferencing.This ensures you receive the same high quality, confidential support no matter where you are based.
